Kelsey Deem

designer

B Arch / Marywood University

Kelsey received her Bachelor of Architecture from Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania. She is on track to become a registered architect.

After growing up and then starting her career in the Northeast, she found herself wanting a more diverse landscape to design within. Creating spaces that help tell a person’s story and developing those moments through details is what drew her to pursue residential architecture.

After visiting Western North Carolina throughout her life, she is now happy to call Asheville home. Outside of the office you can find her hiking, drawing, or picking up any hobby/skill that piques her interest that week.

Chad Harding AIA

principal

B Arch / University of Tennessee

Chad is a registered Architect in North Carolina and a member of the American Institute of Architects.

Chad received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.  While there he also studied abroad at the Politechnika Krakowska in Krakow, Poland and traveled extensively through Western Europe which sparked a life long desire to continue to learn and grow through travel.

After college, Chad spent several years pursuing his passions for rock climbing, travel and outdoor adventure before starting his architectural career in the Pacific NW.  There he fostered a deep love for an architecture that would be rooted in its place, honor the materials and craftspersons who build it and seek solutions that connect one more deeply to the environment around them.

Chad feels blessed to be a husband and father of two and enjoys the adventure of life that both his family and career continue to offer him.

Jordan Farho

designer

B Arch / Louisiana State University

Jordan received his Bachelor of Architecture from Louisiana State University, in his hometown of Baton Rouge. He is on track to become a registered architect.

Jordan began his career in Louisiana. The rich architectural history of Acadiana spurred Jordan’s interest in vernacular architecture, and understanding design as a response to a place’s culture and history.

The mountains and forests of western North Carolina pulled Jordan to Asheville, which he has been happy to call his home since 2021.

In his free time Jordan can be found hiking, tending his vegetable garden, or composing electronic music.
